Pre-purchase 1/2 share of our grass finished beef. These animals will be approximately 24 months and yield around 160 - 180 lbs of packaged meat for your freezer. (yield/sizes can vary)
Hyperion Ranch pays all processing fees and will contact you to coordinate product pickup at the processing facility (Home Meats in Shelton, WA). Supplies are limited. These pre orders are for half shares we harvest early Fall 2025. Please note shipping is not included or available on these shares, you must be able to pickup your meat at the butcher in Shelton WA when it is ready. The butcher can only hold meat for a few days after it’s cut. All meat comes packaged and frozen.

Chuck Roast: 2 possible (if no chuck steak)

Sirloin Tip: 1 Roast

You have a quite a bit of flexibility as to how you have your share processed and the experts at Home Meats will answer any questions you have. For example you may choose to have more ground beef and fewer roasts or you may want to have your steaks cut thicker or thinner.
