The Hyperion Pasture Raised Chicken
Our chickens are pasture-raised and are fed a daily ration of grain as they are moved daily onto fresh grass where they peck away at bugs, worms and grass. Daily movement means the birds spend their entire life on fresh grass and we do not use antibiotics on our birds.
Birds are available frozen. Each bird weighs between around 4.5 lbs.
