Forest Raised Pork - Half Share
Pre-purchase ½ share of our forest raised pork. These animals will be approximately 8 months and yield around 90 lbs of packaged meat for your freezer. For those looking to purchase 1 whole hog - please order a qty of 2 x ½ shares in your shopping cart (1 full share = 1 whole hog).
Hyperion Ranch pays all processing fees (cut, wrap, curing) and will contact you to coordinate product pickup at the processing facility (Home Meats in Shelton, WA). Supplies are limited. These pre orders are for half shares available around late October 2023.
Please note shipping is not included or available on these shares, you must be able to pickup your meat at the butcher in Shelton WA when it is ready. The butcher can only hold meat for a few days after it’s cut. All meat comes packaged and frozen.

Whole Tenderloin - 1 (makes regular chops smaller)
